Our home is new and our garage doors area still not correct. We have lived in our home since June 10. Not acceptable. Was hoping not to post this in public but it’s time.
RecommendedI was looking for a keypad for my overhead door opener and learned they were right here in Wilmington so I went there, was pleasantly greeted by a nice young gentleman with a firm handshake , his name was Ross, he asked how he can help me, told him what I was looking for, he got it right away and we sat in his office and ran my card, I was out the door in no time, and I thought customer service was dead, great job, highly recommended.
