Research and read all the horrible reviews before wasting your money. They are not BBB accredited. They do not stand by their word. I unfortunately did not do the research i called to cancel a week or so after purchasing a one year plan. After sending proof of the phone call i made to cancel i was told their staff doesn’t make mistakes. Don’t just take my word for it - there are many many many bad reviews about this company. Do the research. Don’t let them STEAL your money too.
My ex spouse signed me up for this. I registered without doing my homework, I suppose. I want my profile and information removed from this site! I’ve called twice and was told I don’t have the right to have my own information removed. My narcissistic ex is sending messages of nonsense and trying to control me. That’s why I’m getting a divorce! Why can’t you remove my profile so this person stops harassing me? Universally held data rules in the EU require a company to abide by a consumer’s request to delete their information.... read more

Customer Service is terrible. Features are usless
Using government assistance contracts to provide a useless, sluggish program with some real snarky customer service representatives. The court ordered folks that work for a living should start state petitions to stop the courts from recommending let alone mandating the payment for a yearly subscription to this crap. Contact your state and federal congressmen to draw attention to this website and demand a service that is actually interested in "family" and not profiting on the misfortune of divorced families and children.
