I have had a horrible experience for the last 10 years. I have paid $1000 for the mental abuse and degrading comments to continue from my ex. I was told that these messages would be monitored. NOPE!!!
These reviews show a bias sight. All females who have custody love this sight. It helps put fake charges on people. Please be aware of games from the mother using the messages to put fake criminal charges on you. It happened to me. The court commissioner did not change the order to reflect that we could communicate. Therefore I was falsely arrested and locked in litigation for 3 years all because a commissioner did not do there job. Alerts are not reliable. Sometimes you get a notification that you have a new message, sometimes you do not. The communication between co-parents is sometimes critical and usually time sensitive, therefore not getting notifications makes this app completely useless as no one has time to go and check for new messages throughout the day. Customer service told me that I do not have alerts set up and gave me instructions that clearly do not apply to the MOBILE APP. RecommendedIf your Co parenting arrangement is high conflict or complicated, this website is a must. Our attorneys, coordinators & care providers, etc. can access messages & events. This is really helpful if you commit to only communicating via the website.

Don’t waste your money the customer service is horrendous this is my personal experience..
I sure wish I had read the reviews about this app. Terrible customer service and absolutely no support if things go wrong. You are better off sharing a Google calendar than paying for this over priced and inflexible service.
expensive, doesn't help, just moves the fight here.
