DO NOT LIVE HERE As of today, February 5th, 2018 we have not had hot water for a month. The manager, Robin, is not being cooperative when it comes to helping us through this situation and is not treating this like an emergency. We feel trapped and have no idea what to do in order to get this issue fixed. We have an infant and cannot properly sanitize his belongings and have to give him baths in the sink by boiling hot water. This community is a hazard and should be avoided at all costs. Does not care about Vetrans We where about to rent at this place we just went through combat exposure therapy and am ready to get on with our lives. We where awarded money from a program called TIP. This complex strung us on and then told us know and was ok with us living in a homeless shelter. The ladies in front where nice but by the end of the day we where told we had a place then they said no. No matter what we had the right to be treated as men who served our country and instead where pretty much spit on and that hurts.

Great place to build rental history When we moved here a few months ago, we were having a hard time finding a place to go but this place was very easy to get into. It took only one week to get approved and they are very family friendly. A lot of kids running around all day but very polite and not bothersome. The price of the tent also includes utilities, so that isn't a worry. All in all I like living here, especially since they maintain everything and fix everything so fast.
