Terrible apartments Literally do not rent form here is AWFUL There always shutting off water because they have pluming issues ALL THE TIME, they switch new management all the time , they don’t take care maintenance issues at all , had to wait 5 days to have my kitchen sink fixed, and now my freaking heater dose not work , i swear if it’s not one issue it’s another and like the front office people do not care what so ever , who ever this Brianna is not doing her job has an assistant manager , absolutely awful do not rent here
Horrible Leaving a one star is way too much!! The air is run with chiller system and is broken every other day. They control the A/C and Heater. There’s always something wrong with there plumbing. So that affects the A/C. During the summer is a living hell. I moved from Texas to phoenix about a year ago. And living at Amara during the summer was hell. Don’t rent here Place has changed management several times. Only been living here for 5 months. The water is always cut off without notice from the property. They stopped accepting Flex pay rent here and only gave a 1 day notice before the rent was due and cut off access to the resident portal. They shut the pool down. Place is starting to become very trashy. Don’t rent here!
Happy with my time here I rented here for 1.5 years. It is in a nice location close enough to stores and restaurants but slightly tucked away. When I moved in, flooring, appliances, and fixtures were new. Interior color scheme is attractive (earth tones and stainless steel fixtures). I don’t care for chiller systems in general but they kept it maintained and it was nice and cool during hot months. Old tenant coming back This place looks amazing compared to what it looked like before when I lived here. They have really improved this property and makes the area look so much better. The office staff was so nice and I thought it showed the manager Andrea cared because when we toured she stopped to pick up some trash that was dropped. I move in this weekend I’ll let you know how it goes!

Fixed Quickly Last week I had a minor maintenance problem which would have resulted in a major discomfort for me. It was almost closing time when I discovered it. I reported it to the office. They called a maintenance person at home to solve my problem. The short story, within 20 minutes, my problem was solved. I have read a lot of negative reports about this place and history will probably verify most of them. Do not move here! This place is always turning off the water and not telling you at times. The utilities are separate with a different company they deal with in house so you really don't know what your paying. I would NOT recommend this place at all! If it's your last resort just beware. Not friendly at all.
