Yet another wonderful experience with Dr. Pennington and the staff at the Orthopedic Institute of WI. My knee surgery was 100% a success (I had no doubt after the amazing results of my rotator cuff surgery 20+ years ago). I appreciate that everything was lined up for me (laser therapy, PT, follow-ups) with very little effort on my part. They make their patients feel cared about and respected and ensure we are easily able to contact and communicate with them online, by phone and in-person.
The new computer system took a long time to check in. While I watched 3 other office workers sit and talk.
All of the doctor's and associates are the best!
Dr. Edward was very honest and to the point on my prognosis. I do appreciate the honesty of the Doctor. Overall good honest Doctors are very hard to find. Thank you.
