ONE STAR ⭐️ I had a great quote from this company for tree and stump removal. Liked Josh very much. I was put on the schedule by Mary for last week, I called the first part of the week, and then again Thursday, Friday and Saturday texted Josh’s phone and even messaged on Facebook and was completely ghosted. No returned calls or texts. This costed me 4 weeks and now I have to find a new tree company which I’m sure will take another 4 weeks. Terrible customer service! We had this company come out to give us a quote and to schedule a time to come cut down our trees. They scheduled to come out the following Monday. On the Friday before service was do to begin. I contacted them to set up a meeting time for Monday and they said they never scheduled for service Monday even though I heard them say it and wrote it down. Joshua Webster and Felicia provided a free survey of our property and were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I felt confident that they were the right people for the job that would span several days removing 20+ trees. They are the BEST at what they do. I highly recommend them for your tree removal needs, and also firewood. They cut down and removed two dead pines in my yard, protected my driveway, and raked up the sawdust afterwards, in less than three hours.
