RecommendedI’ve lived in Medford for almost three years and have never been to the Original Roadhouse Grill Medford. They’ve posted their specials and I’ve always wanted to come. Tonight I finally popped in because I was craving steak. I got it. Holy Toledo. Tim was our server, and he was absolutely amazing. He was attentive, thorough, and super nice. RecommendedThe food is very good, and nothing to complain there, but we wanted our bill and our waitress disappeared for almost 25 mins and she comes back and gives us our bill. Then behind us all we hear from her is “on no I forgot to clock back in”. She went on break and just left us there lol, and didn’t say anything.
I been coming here for years and today will be my last time dining here waiter were rude lazy and pretty much worthless. Doesn't get order right doesn't come to fill our drinks. Food was trash and one crackhead lookin waitress had the nerve to tell my kid something when i ask him to go get a bag and boxes cause our waiter was to lazy to bring them to us very disappointed TRASH TRASH TRASH....

You walk into the bathroom and you start gagging from the sewage smell! We brought this up to 2 different employees and they both said they have all complained about it and still nothing gets done!!! Completely gross and the health department should be shutting them down until They have the sewage issue under control! Spoke with a manager which she made it clear we were bothering her with our concerns!!!!
RecommendedMadison was our server tonight. I’ve never had “poor” service at this establishment, however, Madison exceeded my expectations and made my family’s dining out a treat! Food was great, service was spot on, timely and efficient! All around 💯 would recommend!
