RecommendedThe ribeye is delicious!!! Signature drinks are a hit as well. Not to mention the Texas Eggrolls 😋😋😋
We ordered a side of Onion rings as an appetizer and they were served soggy and undercooked. I also ordered a salad which came out frozen, tomatoes and all!! We didn't get our rolls till right before dinner was served! On top of that we were charged for things we didn't order... Very disappointed since we nearly spent 100$
Unfortunately my experience at the East Palestine location has been less than ideal. After a dozen experiences, I have decided that I will not be coming back to this location. Overall, the service has gotten worse over the last year. I have gone at different times, days, etc. only to leave wondering why we gave another chance. I hope that eventually their service improves to a more manageable level. I expect at least to feel semi-welcomed, given adequate attention, and get a re-fill at least once. Greasy soggy onion rings. Burger served with Bun at room temperature, wilted lettuce. They also took too long to bring out courtesy tolls.
