I just found out I have possible recurrent lung cancer. I was referred here to see a pulmonologist, my Dr. had put in an urgent referral right away. I called this office today and the woman was very rude saying there was no referral and even if there was, it would take 6 weeks to process. She didn't offer to help, to call the clinic and find out what happened. Brian was the best nurse ever! He made the necessary evil of a colonoscopy almost a good experience .
Great experience Dr. Basaly asked questions in a caring conversational manner. Ended appointment feeling like an old friend.
