My experience with the team moving in was positive.
Terrible gardeners. Very filthy condominium landscaping. Leaves trash everywhere. Dog feces and walkways filthy dirty from train station black break dust. The HOA dues keep climbing and service is extremely bad. The HOA is not concerned.
I want to commend the staff here at the Orchards apartment complex for their commitment of always being professional, helpful, compassionate and always getting the job. You couldn't have ask for a better crew of employees(Jaime, Shelby, Brian, Rosie)than these faithful people on getting the job done!!!
Don't move here! You will regret it. Staff is totally unprofessional and lazy and rude. The hallways are filthy, everything sucks here. Way too much to list. Believe me when I say please stay away!
Update #5! Yes, all teams were great but what this property needed the most was a Consistent Team. Rosie and her team have added great activities for us. All team members participate with smiles while keeping their busy work schedules. Improvements continue while keeping a good team in place.
