Luis did excellent work fixing my air conditioner
complex advertising for senior citizen, not true. Hallways always smells. Front security door broken for of 4 years. My air-conditioning unit has been broken for over 3 years. It leaks on to the floors, they told me to put a bucket there to catch the water.Now to be fair the repair man does come out and vacuum the vent and replace the filter. I have been living here since May 2023 and this has been by far the worst living experience ever! Roaches ever, they use the elevators as an amenity for Seniors when the elevators has been out for months. If you wanna pay over 2k to have a roach infested home and have transients having sex in the stairways and constantly having by far the worst ever ran staff running an apartment complex then come live here. The original staff got replaced but the new staff isn’t any better. Don’t bother calling the office they never answer.... read more
