The location and facilities of this lovely establishment is simply fantastic. From our pre visit and initial admission to the care and meticulous detail of all the staff we encountered on our first day was simply outstanding. Following up on my initial review above, six months down the road, I am happy to confirm that my initial assessment of this facility was spot on. Well managed facility in all departments. it was a very pleasant experience. Nurses are very caring and attentive. They provide medicines to patient on time. CNAs are diligent, caring and maintained the room clean. Food services staffs are very attentive to the need of the patient. Staffs from the therapy section (both OT and PT) are good in their own areas. Personally gained quite a bit from their support. Appeared that they could utilize support of additional staffs. If you are trying to find a place for your parent(s) that will give them a place to recover from surgery with both occupational and physical therapy, good food a place that is clean and provides excellent care look no further. Located in a beautiful setting. We could not be happier for the care and kindness that my mother received at the Orchards.
Shelli at the front desk has become the welcoming face of The Orchards for me. She's been so helpful when I've called or visited.
