This facility changed my opinion about skilled nursing facilities. The nursing staff and CNA are compassionate and provided excellent care to my mother following her stroke. The activity staff kept her spirits up. The physical, occupational, and speech therapists were amazing and their expertise and hard work helped my mom regain function and some independence. The Orchards has been a godsend for my mom. Everyone we spoke to told us that we needed to be here and they could not have been more right. From the administrators, social services, physical and occupational therapy staff, wonderful food &meals, and especially the nursing staff, everyone has been so caring and thoughtful. We appreciate everyone and everything that we have been given!
5 STARS - Exceptional Care and Comfort Whenever I come to visit this community, It gives me a great and positive vibe as I look upon the happy faces of its residents and employees. The quality of care given to every residents and the continuous care training and support given to each care staff is just SUPERB. The location and facilities of this lovely establishment is simply fantastic. From our pre visit and initial admission to the care and meticulous detail of all the staff we encountered on our first day was simply outstanding. Following up on my initial review above, six months down the road, I am happy to confirm that my initial assessment of this facility was spot on.
