RecommendedI lived here for the 2017-2018 school year and I cannot recommend this apartment complex enough. The rooms and fridge are spacious, a dishwasher, washer, and dryer were all included as was internet. Any and all problems were handled by management in a timely manner, and they never charged any additional fees. Our landlords also responded in a timely manner to all communication and were transparent about everything. Pet friendly too ^.^

My roommates were great, and that's about it! The A/C is horrible in the houses. If you like to be comfortable in your house, then pay the extra $40 a month and live at the Retreat with the same houses!
Do not move here. It is nice, but they are extremely unorganized. I toured a house and tried to call to sign a lease for days with no answer, when I finally got through, she told me that the lease was already signed by someone else a week ago, before i even toured the house. Horrible management.
What a great location to be near campus and live in a nice community in the East Tennessee hills! The cottages are spacious and roomy! No dorm hallways or all the noise! Feels like home!
