Very poor customer service. Took my iPhone in to get fixed. They said they fixed it but the screen wasn't working. I took it back to see if they could fix the problem and was met with very rude, poor customer service. My wife tried taking it back to have them fix it again because the problem still was not solved and they told me if I wanted my screen fixed I would have to drive across town to another location. Very poor customer service.

The Orchard made a mistake when the gave me quote to repair the cracked screen on my iPad Air 2. They got it apart and discovered that the screen type had to be replaced at twice the cost that they quoted me, approching the cost that Apple wanted to exchange for a new iPad. The Orchard honored their original quote.
