Cody and Carl takes great care of me and my many products , which are more that 6 at this time. I feel confident when I have done something wrong that they can correct it. They only sale me what I need and let me know what is best for me and my system. When time allows they even teach me a little. I hope they hold classes real soon. I am in dire need of learning more. The new owner, Mr. Andrew Hall got things right. I had a very disappointing experience at Mesa store being lied to and sold a knock-off MagSafe charger, and seeing only cold faces when I took the charger back to the store. Mr. Andrew Hall reached out to me and gave me the refund after hearing my story.

The service from The Orchard has seriously declined. I've used them for years, but 3 recent experiences have just been miserable. Took my mom's computer in for repair. They said it needed a hard drive, and took them 2 weeks to get a drive and one week to install it. It failed within 1 week. Another 2 weeks to get another drive and another week to install. Took it home and 2 days later it won't boot. Take it in on Saturday and you can see one of their employees on the balcony smoking, but both gates to the second floor are lo... read more
