Absolutely wonderful experience- will be returning if I have any more tech issues. The staff were knowledgeable, empathetic, VERY fast and friendly. They’re officially certified to repair Apple products and very affordable. Sparky was a little rude when he answered the phone. Asked him if they buy MacBooks he proceeds to say yes as long as they aren’t old told him what I have and he goes “now why you wanna sell an M4 MacBook Air” why does it matter, if I don’t use it why would I keep it when someone else can get good use out of it? Please don’t sell your MacBooks here… got offered $300 for a 2025 M4 MacBook Air and he hung up on me as soon as he offered that to me 🤣 what a joke. I brought my 2019 MacBook Pro in and Sparky was able to run diagnostics and fix the problem within the week for well under what the Apple store was asking. My computer has been working great ever since. Sparky was very responsive and reliable. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, well done repair.
