I received a year of vision therapy as an adult learner in MN. The results were phenomenal and I highly recommend families watch for warning signs and get family members checked out if they have any difficulty with learning (reading, attention & focus). Vision therapy works. No drugs!

After a stroke my eyes felt weird and OCVT helped to diagnose me after 10+ other neuros & opthamologists had NO CLUE. Vision is alot more than just seeing clearly and I recommend everyone have an eye exam here because it is very detailed and unlike any other.
I came to OCVT because I had so much prism in my glasses, and my optometrist suggested I go to see if therapy might lessen the amount of prism. The staff there worked with me on exercises that helped train my eyes to work together, and at my last eye exam, I was told that I didn’t need to have more prism put in, and I could still use my glasses from last year. I would recommend OCVT to anyone who needs therapy to correct a vision problem.
My daughter's improvement in reading, math, and general focus was noticeable week-by-week. Half-way through the program, she took the PSAT and scored much better than any previous standardized tests. We can see, and she can feel, a significant difference in all aspects of studying and we know it's because of the work she did at OCVT.
Our 8 year old son graduated after a year of weekly therapy sessions. I started out a skeptic but am now a believer. His reading fluency has dramatically improved, no more tears during homework, and he was finally able to ride a bike. The staff creates engaging and effective programs that target individual needs. I thought my son would grow weary of the visits, but he enjoyed them right through the end. We absolutely recommend OCVT to everyone! They have changed our lives immensely! Our daughter started her treatment with her brain completely ignoring one of her eyes, zero depth perception and 20/100 vision with glasses. At the end of her treatment she now has complete depth perception, 20/20 vision, and being able to see things with both eyes!
