I went to have my glasses repaired today after one of the screws had fallen out. The first optical store I visited told me they couldn’t help because I hadn’t purchased the glasses from them. Then I came to The Optical Co, and they took one look at my glasses and immediately offered to fix them. The repair was done quickly and efficiently. Have recently used the services and cannot recommend highly enough. Had an eye test done by Lauren who I found had such an engaging, warm and welcoming demeanour at all times, which for me is important when it comes to my nervousness around eyes and tests. Simply, she was awesome and of the highest quality. I do apologise as I did not get the other lady's name I spoke with whom booked me in at very short notice (edited.
