I love the smaller size of the gym and the fact that it never feels too crowded. I love the Zumba class with Samantha- it feels like a family and I always get a great workout. I really enjoy my training sessions with Steve/ he’s always got a new workout for me and new ways to push me out of my comfort zone. There are a variety of workout machines, free weights and other items to use which gives you a lot of options. I really enjoy going to the open gym!

counter staff have always been very courteous when coming and going from the gym. the facility is always clean and presentable. the body pump class is excellent, and the instructors have all been very encouraging to all of the students.

I joined in May, after 2 years of sloth. I chose The Open Gym because it is the opposite of those awful big box corporate gyms. It was HARD to get back into working out regularly, and I never could have done it anywhere else. The staff is amazing and supportive, and the cardio classes are the best! I confess, I’m an addict—I can’t stop going!

I really enjoyed my time at the Open Gym. The instructors were motivated and knowledgeable. Everyone was really friendly. The Open Gym enabled me to get back on track with my workouts unfortunately moving has derailed me again. I will have to find another gym in Boulder that fits as well.

Open Gym is great the staff is awesome. The only gym that offers free classes and fit in my schedule.
