Great Gym! Steve is the best trainer and is the cities foremost cardio class instructor ever. Steve keeps a watch full eye on everybody. His is genuine in his pleasant way of helping everybody that enters the door of the gym. Bryan is devoted to each of his clients. The owner Bill hires the most helpful staff, keeps the gym clean which is very important, continues to offer free classes and it is obvious that he is placing a large portion of the profits back into the Gym. Love the big gym feel without all the crowds. I love that you can actually feel the air conditioner. In big gyms you don't really get that. All in all....great gym. Love the fancy treadmills too.
