Unprofessional, Disrespectful, and Incompetent Staff Patients who come to an oncology institute are dealing with serious health issues, yet this clinic treats scheduling like a joke—rescheduling appointments at the last minute and pushing them back a month. INCOMPETENT STAFF!!! I called 3 times, was on hold for about 30 minutes each time(once they hung up on me) and twice they said that they did not have the members authorization and could not help me without it. I personally sent the authorization twice. The last time I called I asked to speak with a supervisor to get the situation settled(the authorization was going to expire in 1 month and a half).
