Love the new location. The Omelette Factory is awesome in all catagories. From the moment you walk in you are treated like a family member. Their over-the-top personal service is noteworthy. The menu is easy to read and I can honestly say I have tried almost everything. My favorite is the Chicken Fried Steak. Their home made gravey is outstanding! I eat there at least once a week! I highly recommend The Omelette Factory and you too will be back for more...

If you live anywhere around Santee, you've gotta check out the NEW Omlette Factory! Been going to the older place for years and the new place is ROCKING it every day! Everything on the menu is awesome. Never had anything but a great experience every time I've been there. It's a great place to hang out and have a great meal with friends! You'll probably bump into someone you know already there! Enjoy!
It's our new go to place! The old one was on the other side of Santee and we'd forget about it! <3
We have been long time customers at the old Santee location and eagerly awaited the opening of the new restaurant. We stopped by today for lunch and enjoyed some very tasty sandwiches. We asked to sit on the patio because we brought our dog with us. They havena very roomy patio, with lots of shade and were very accommodating to our pup. They brought him a big dog bowl of cold water and offered dog cookies. But Duke said no, he preferred the seasoned French fries. I'm so disappointed. The service was blek. The table was dirty. Silverware dirty. Pancakes over done and dry. Asked for water and received a glass of tap water with a bit of ice. And all of this for an overpriced $55! I won't be going back.
Love the new building. Same great food and service as always.
