The absolute BEST experience, twice in a row! I travel to Knoxville once a month for work and have quickly claimed this as my go-to spot because of so many things. The customer service (greeting with a glass of complimentary champagne, which I have to turn down until the end of the business day haha), a cozy room filled with snacks, beverages, information on the hotel and things to do in the area and the COZIEST bed! My husband and I stayed at this hotel on 2/13 on the third floor. This was in the top 5 worst hotel stays I’ve had in my 34 years alive and I’ve stayed at a LOT of hotels all across the country. The hotel has extremely creaky floors. You can hear every little thing everyone around you is doing. Super thin walls. When I checked in with the guy working at the front desk, he explained zero things to me.
