Stopped here for the evening. Great boutique. Took my best lady here for the first time. Damian took care of us! Highly recommend. Just a very cool place for couples. Gave another review for the restaurant but you need to stop by the Speakeasy! Very cool!
Got in a bit late on the 2nd and was welcomed by Lee who got us checked into a lovely room. She was patient and helped us book the best room with no reservation, provided fantastic late night service, and had a great contemporary vibe to contrast the classic style the Oliver provides. Rooms were clean and amenities provided were more than satisfactory. I will be staying here again ↕️
We had such a wonderful stay at The Oliver Hotel in Knoxville, and a huge part of that was thanks to Lee at the front desk. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel completely welcome. She has this genuine warmth, great energy, and a really relatable vibe that instantly put us at ease. Her style and personality just added to the whole experience; she felt authentic and down-to-earth in a way you don’t always get from hotel staff. I didn't get to stay here, but ai have researched this place before and I believe it to be super nice. I did walk by it and check it out, but unfortunately they didnt have any availability for my walk-in stay that night.
One of our favorite hotel experience. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the area.
