Came in earlier this evening .... When I saw the inch and a half of foam on my $10 beer, I looked at the bartender and said, "can you top it off?" .... he sad, "what?" .... I said, "can you fill it up?" .... he said,"what?" .... I said, "I'll wait." .... then he said, "that's how we pour beers here." ....
