Delicious food, great service and nice atmosphere
We will be coming back! The grilled oysters, shrimp diablo are delicious, black&bleu fish, salmon dynamite are to die for, and their blueberry panna cotta is heavenly. To top everything off our waiter, Brennan was fabulous..all of his recommendations were on point.
Extremely poor customer service and quality of food...I just got off the phone with the general manager, Mayrika (sp), who only offered the words "I am sorry" with no concessions or credits to come back in to try the restaurant again once some improvements have been made. Overall, poor customer service, sub-par quality of food, and not the type of restaurant that I thought it was. Great food, impeccable service, as usual. Oysters and their famous Dover sole are must-tries if you like seafood and live in Houston.
4 of us went to the Oceanaire yesterday evening. We enjoyed the crab cakes, red fish, salmon and lobster. It was delicious. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend the restaurant.
A must visit. Food is awesome! Customer service is on point.
