I’m a Presidents Club Landry’s member. Had reservation for 7pm. Arrived at 7:10pm for Mother’s Day dinner. Was told table was not ready. Ok. Ordered a cocktail. Taken to table that was pressed up against heavy drapes. Hostess set wine menu on table which fell over as she walked away and spilled my entire cocktail in my lap and in my purse. She was oblivious. The waiter was impatient as I had trouble trying to decide what to order. Then when I went to the bar for Happy Hour, the bartender was sneaky. He didn’t inform me that they didn’t have a house bourbon. I got a surprise when my bill came. I asked why my drink was 13.00 and that’s when he said that a house bourbon did not exist. I didn’t want to cause a scene, so I didn’t say that he should have informed me when I asked for the house bourbon and coke.
