The OCD and Anxiety Treatment Center unofficially started in April of 2008, and was officially known as The Counseling Center. Over the years, there has been an increasing need for individuals in our community to get proper treatment for OCD and anxiety symptoms. There are many therapists who desire to help, but lack the proper training. We have spent a significant amount of time training therapists to help support our specialized center. Fantastic place with some truly fantastic people! It was really helpful, even for someone like me who had not really succeeded in therapy, including ERP therapy, beforehand! As a matter of fact, my time in treatment here was quite enjoyable overall, connecting me with some great friends (and I was initially very apprehensive about the group therapy aspect)! 10/10!
Making the commitment to go to this treatment has been one of the greatest things I've done for myself and my family. It was hard but well worth getting the control over myself I've always wanted. I'm so grateful for the clients, therapists, and staff that were able to help direct me in the right way and show me how to manage my OCD. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!
This treatment was exactly what I needed at the time. It is a great program they have. All that were involved were very professional and I felt like they truly cared. Like everything else, the more you put into it the more you benefit. I was a part of their tele-health program and now I am a part of their alumni group, so I am still benefiting from this program.
