We have been working with the O’Brien team for over a year trying to find our first home. Jared was always willing to help and be flexible with our schedule. I appreciated how detail oriented he was looking at things in houses that we wouldn’t have known to look for. When Jared wasn’t available, Nick was a great help, as well and was very kind. Jared and team are amazing. They were very patient with us as we looked at many houses. As first time home buyers our budget wasn't very large so we were searching for a fixer upper. Jared brought some home maintenance and repair experience to help us sort through which problems were too big for us to handle. Jared & Aubrey did an amazing job for us helping us find a new home! Patient & knowledgeable. Quick to help with any questions & get us into any homes we wanted to see.
