The actual doctors are fine for the most part. But Kyle is the only front desk person with care and basic human respect. Couldn't get blood work done cuz the paper they gave me had no numbers on it and a doctor's name who hasn't worked there in forever. When the blood people called them to get the right paperwork we waited an hour before she just went upstairs to get it herself. To schedule appointments they'd just assign me a time. The new staff suck they dont respect my body or baby plus the front desk people are rude unprofessional
It deserves 0 stars. Like the receptionist said. When I asked for help "Just go to urgent care" 🙂👌🏻I did and urgent care helped within 1 min after arrival what Niagara falls obgyn couldn't do within a week. Which is give me my UTI medicine. Which urgent care explained they 100% have the ability to do. Even though Niagara falls obgyn in the past where more then happy to prescribe me the same day when I was pregnant 2 years ago I guess we don't matter unless we are pregnant because both the doctors and receptionists seem to... read more

If i could put no stars i would. I didn’t even want to be at this office but my orignal OBGYN office transferred me here during pregnancy.This office is understaffed and under qualified to handle any medical issues. I had my baby a few months ago and my post partum was horrible. I had weeks of continued health problems and was blown off multiple times by the nurse practitioner, Erin ,who continued to tell me everything was normal. She even had the receptionist relay the message that there was nothing wrong or if I felt like ... read more
