It deserves 0 stars. Like the receptionist said. When I asked for help "Just go to urgent care" 🙂👌🏻I did and urgent care helped within 1 min after arrival what Niagara falls obgyn couldn't do within a week. Which is give me my UTI medicine. Which urgent care explained they 100% have the ability to do. If i could put no stars i would. I didn’t even want to be at this office but my orignal OBGYN office transferred me here during pregnancy.This office is understaffed and under qualified to handle any medical issues. I had my baby a few months ago and my post partum was horrible. I had weeks of continued health problems and was blown off multiple times by the nurse practitioner, Erin ,who continued to tell me everything was normal. This hospital not working for client specially OBGYN , I m there at 10 am but I wait till 11 am they said my tone but they call 4 Costoner I left after that’s , this is not good for who have a time value for primary too wait long keeping changing doctor last hours keep waiting long ,
Rude staff. Dirty hospital. And doctors don't even bother to look into past medical records to be informed about patients health issues. I was going to continue my prenatal care here until the degenerate who called me from their office had an attitude and cussed at me for no reason
