Waiter was by far the best part of our experience. He was great. Sides were good, but I’ve had better steaks at Waffle House. So bad, that neither of us had more than 2 bites of them( and trust me this fat boy doesn’t leave steak on the plate). Arrived at 730pm.... Was told my party of 12 had to split into 3 tables. (We’re all family) we did as asked even though we didn’t agree with this. Then our server brings a tea pitcher around to refill cups and touches the rim of every cup in our section. But our kids can’t sit at the table with us? Arrived around 3:30 on a Friday. Was not busy. Walked in and actually had to call the restaurant while standing inside because no one would seat us. Finally got someone. We then gave our order. Rolls were hot and fresh but that is about all that was. Steak was pretty small and I ordered mine medium and it was pretty rare. Caesar salad was wilty and made with head lettuce instead of Romain. Got ribs and they were delicious Great server too. She was so friendly and helpful
Erin Casey was absolutely awesome. We dined outside at the oasis tonight. Our server chatted with everyone never brought us silverware, our salads, our food sat in the window until another couple servers came out saying we’re y’all waiting on food, we been looking for you. Seriously our food was cold. They finally sent a manager out and it was Erin and she took very good care of us. My drink was supposed to be frozen and he brought it on the rocks.
first time there, had a sirloin tgat was a lil small for tge price but extremely tasty. service during all this shut down was pretty good.
