We fell in love with these apartments when we first came to see them. We have lived here two months now and not only do we still love the apartment but the staff and community itself is amazing. Everyone in the office is so friendly, the maintenance guys amd housekeeper are super nice. Moving from Corpus Christi the price here scared us a little bit, but do not let that scare you, you definitely get what you pay for here!

Most fabulously incredible luxury apartment community in Midland!!
Move in and our rate goes up after 6 months due do a computer error and nobody tried to help us get the situation lined out. Oh and the upstairs neighbors are loud and are more than welcome to come and try to get our baby back to sleep
