RecommendedWe lived here for a short 7 months while our house was being built. It had a luxury feel to it and the staff was amazing. We looked at several apartments before deciding on this one and we were very pleased with our decision. Although apartment living was not feasible for our growing family of 4, it is well suited for smaller families, couples, or singles.
Holiday engagement? Best piece of marriage advice that l I can give you: don’t live where I do! Aw....The Oasis Apts in Midland. I have a long list of concerns that I shouldn’t ever have while living in a “luxury” apartment and will address those later. For now let me say: I need a maintenance man here 3 days ago! This service is the worst I’ve ever seen! This is a serious issue and I need someone to get over herre. Amber
I'm staying at these apartment homes with my company housing and have to say I absolutely love it. The maintenance staff are by far the most helpful, I had a few requests when I first got there and they responded quick and kindly. The office team are outstanding, I've personally seen them doing their best to satisfy the needs of all the people living there. I have to admit that the first time I visited Oasis Apartment I was blown away. One of the reason we broke a contract with another apartment complex in Odessa was because of the Bugs issues they were having. I explained my situation of NO BUGS especially since I had an infant at the time who is now 16 months old. Seriously love this apartment complex!! I'm a very particular person when it comes to where I live so I'm extremely pleased with the politeness of the staff and their want to truly help you out, the environment of the complex, & my young yet mature neighbors. It's always nice feeling comfortable where you're going to be living & The Oasis at Pavilion Parkway hands down covers every aspect or concern I have. I would recommend this complex to anybody looking for a place to live!
The leasing staff here is extremely friendly, and all our maintenance issue have been resolved in a timely manner. It is also VERY pet friendly and has an amazing pool and clubhouse! Oasis definitely lives up to its name!
