If the security department reflects any aspect of this resort/residence I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone stay here. After our uber passed our hotel up and we turned into this hotel for a mere 30 seconds to get dropped off and walk back to our destination we were met with immediate hostility from security. We explained the situation to elderly blonde woman standing guard that we were only unloading to return to our residence and were immediately met with the most inhumane hostility one could imagine. The security guard women was so rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend. Your employees should be able to have good costumer service. Absolutely awful experience!
