Stayed 12/27/25 to tomorrow the 1/2/2026. Second time staying here 2 years in a row now. Great condo …. Beds were a little firm but overall great EXCEPT smoking both cigarettes and pit was rampid. It was hard to sit outside on the balcony. Security was called twice but it is in so many condos that it just wasn’t containable. It is clearly marked no smoking or vaping…. But many of the guests were inconsiderate. I don’t know the solution but maybe try a different condo next year ….

We had to remove 2 stars. Indoor pool was not heated. The hot tubs were not working. The staff was just ok.

The Oasis is a mirage, all appearance, no substance. If you want to see how fast years of good memories can be destroyed by arrogance and bad management, book a night at The Oasis. My family and I have been coming to this building for more than a decade, long before the rebrand.
