Stopped in for a quick tour of the apartment complex and was pleasantly surprised by the amenities. Everything was quite peaceful, well kept and fully functional. The apartments themselves were very cozy, and had beautiful views. Nikki was also incredibly kind and informative about apartment events, rules and general information. Oasis is definitely top of my list on my ongoing apartment hunt.
The only reason I’m giving three stars is the grill. The gas grills were replaced with electric grills that don’t work too well. They’re new and already have issues. They take forever to preheat to a high temp. It has a heating element the same as an oven so you’re basically just cooking your steak in the oven without any of the flavor from a flame. Other than that the amenity’s are great. The gym is huge and there’s a nice game room. The pool area is beautiful and the staff is great.
This will be a long review. For reference, I have lived here for 2 years. The property is beautiful, they have a lot of events at the clubhouse & plenty of food trucks that visit each month. I personally never had an issue with noise and the amenities don't typically break down or need repairs often and the maintenance staff are very kind and quick to respond. My issue with this complex is the awful wifi, increased rent, and the management staff the last few months of my stay. As far as internet goes, it's the bare minimum. ... read more
