Good afternoon, I am a resident at the Oasis at 301. I have experienced some issues lately regarding getting some things fixed in my apartment. I put in a work order on 5/27/2022 around 10 am. I spoke to the property manager and leasing specialist that morning in the gym. I spoke to a leasing specialist again on 5/28/2022 because I didn’t get a response on Friday. Just moved in to Oasis 301 and Chloe and the staff have been so kind and helpful in getting me settled. The amenities are beautiful and living here has been such a good experience so far.
Just moved in and love my new place and the amenities are spectacular. Kim made moving in a breeze. The whole staff were kind as well.
The property manager Savannah and her team did a tremendous job assisting me. Great management and community to live in.
UPDATE 2.21.22 our family absolutely LOVES living here. We have been in these apartments for about 7 months & we have no complaints. The staff is extremely kind & everyone is treated with the upmost respect. 10/10 experience! Our family cannot wait to move into these apartments. Chloe has gone above and beyond to meet our needs and is so very helpful. The complex is beautiful & I get to cancel my gym membership because the gym at Oasis has more than I could ever ask for. So excited to make this our home!
