I mostly like living here and the location. Maintenance and staff are great. The apartment is nice. however the trash situation is entirely inadequate. There is one trash compactor for the entire complex. It’s frequently breaking down or full (right now it’s broken). However, instead of addressing the real issue (which is that the current disposal situation doesn’t work for this complex size) and fixing the trash situation we just get an email to not throw away any trash. Just moved and the apartment was super clean and Tori at the leasing office has been such a great help during a stressful time like this. She has always been able to answer any questions we may have with moving into our first apartment and is super friendly and always wants the best for the residents. On our first day, we had a A/C issue and we submitted a request and the next morning, maintenance was there and fixed it and he explained what happened so we knew what to do if it happened again. I lived at the Oasis for a year and while there were a few positives, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. First, I want to acknowledge Haley—she was consistently kind and helpful whenever I interacted with her. It’s clear she genuinely tries to assist residents, and I appreciated that. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the property manager, Sam, who was not helpful and often dismissive when issues arose. Do not bother even calling her number. I have lived here for two years and honestly I have loved every moment about it! Apartments are nice and the community is amazing. Maintenance is very timely. The only complaint is the dog park has been closed since march but I can appreciate the fact that they are trying to make it nicer for future residents!
Great apartment! Staff is friendly and there are many things to do around the area.
