Now that we are settled, my experience from the beginning has been smooth and great. Tori and the team worked hard and efficiently to get my husband and I approved with keys in our hand in a day. We are so grateful for them and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new place to lease. Thank you again!
Trash mountain at the entrance all the time, they raise costs for worse service, and they use a terrible tiered renewal system that puts too much pressure on you when other places in town can't say what they'll have 60 days out. We escaped. Beware this money extraction center.
PT. 2 DEPOSIT RETURN/MOVE-OUT IN PROGRESS: I want to start by saying Sam and the staff is still awesome(nothing to do with them), now on this Final Account Statement in regards to our deposit which state late charges (we've never been late), another unbelievable fee/charge---unit ceiling paint/paint prep. (I will request photos, we did no damage to ceilings---now since there was a leak coming from above us (out of our control..maintenance had to cut a square in the ceiling, which they repaired by spraying fake popcorn spray ... read more
I mostly like living here and the location. Maintenance and staff are great. The apartment is nice. however the trash situation is entirely inadequate. There is one trash compactor for the entire complex. It’s frequently breaking down or full (right now it’s broken). However, instead of addressing the real issue (which is that the current disposal situation doesn’t work for this complex size) and fixing the trash situation we just get an email to not throw away any trash. Just moved and the apartment was super clean and Tori at the leasing office has been such a great help during a stressful time like this. She has always been able to answer any questions we may have with moving into our first apartment and is super friendly and always wants the best for the residents. On our first day, we had a A/C issue and we submitted a request and the next morning, maintenance was there and fixed it and he explained what happened so we knew what to do if it happened again.
