I just moved in and so far it has been great. The office people are so nice and the maintenance team is on the ball when it comes to needing something done. I highly recommend moving here! I have never lived in Florida and they have made this process a breeze!!
I lived here for about two and a half years starting in 2019. The price was reasonable, the property was very clean, and even though I was on the second floor, I never heard any noise from above. I lived alone, and whether I was at work or on business trips, packages delivered to my door (not the resident center) were never lost. The resident center staff were incredibly kind and would hold packages for me if needed. Later, an Amazon Hub was installed, making receiving packages even more worry-free. Now that we are settled, my experience from the beginning has been smooth and great. Tori and the team worked hard and efficiently to get my husband and I approved with keys in our hand in a day. We are so grateful for them and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new place to lease. Thank you again!
