Excellent experience. Nicole clearly stated each component of the tests and when prompted, elaborated with sufficient details. The results were clearly explained. I am borderline on requiring hearing aids, yet Nicole suggested I return in a year's time for another test rather than spending a lot of money on hearing aids right now. So no hard sell. It is all about the hearing.
I had a wonderful experience with the Oakville Hearing Centre. From the moment I walked in the front desk staff was welcoming and informative. The office was clean and comfortable. Nicole took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the hearing test. Answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. I truly appreciate the personalized care and honest advice. Highly recommend.
In my early 40s, my hearing was changing. I was struggling to hear the TV and people (especially in situations with background noise) and had ringing in my ears. My family doctor referred me to Dr. Clark. She took my concerns seriously and validated how I was feeling.

From all the reviews I am certain that Nicole Clark is a well-respected audiologist. This experience is not to do with her abilities but rather office practices. My husband was referred here because he was having hearing issues. Prior to being seen by the audiologist he had to pay $100.
