Have been bringing my elderly mother here for a year now and Nicole & Laura have been wonderful. Always on time and Nicole takes the time to explain everything. Quite satisfied overall and would recommend to anyone.
I had a great experience from start to finish. The receptionist greeted me as soon as I entered and handled my check-in right away. My appointment started on time, which I truly appreciated. Nicole Clark was wonderful; she’s a skilled audiologist that is incredibly patient. She walked me through my results in detail and made sure every single one of my questions was answered. I will definitely be coming back in the future!
I had a great experience at the Oakville Hearing Centre! Nicole was very friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. She took the time to explain everything clearly and was very thorough during the test. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Highly recommend.
