I finally decided to get a hearing aid after significant hearing loss in my right ear 20 years ago since I had the benefits via work and the Oakville Hearing Centre made it an easy and enjoyable experience. In 2017 I went totally deaf in both ears overnight. After consulation with an ENT Dr., I went to see Nicole to review how Hearing Aids might be able to help. I was immediately impressed with her knowledge, professionalism and sensitivity to my rare condition. She was enormously helpful in the fitting of the Hearing Aids and the follow up adjustments that were required. I had an exceptional experience with Audiologist Nicole Clark. She was incredibly kind, caring and professional from start to finish. Nicole took her time, was patient throughout the appointment, and explained my test results thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand. I was subsequently fit with amazing hearing aids, and my life has been much more positive thanks to her expertise and guidance. A consummate professional- highly recommend!
I have spent multiple weeks attempting to get in contact with their receptionist for the report I discussed with the doctor. I have been given a completely different assessment from the one discussed in our appointment, and despite phone calls and emails being sent over the course of 3 weeks I was not responded to at all for weeks, then had to email and call several more times to actually get a response and unfortunatly recieved a portion of the assessment that I have repeatedly informed Laura is NOT my sons assessment.
