Would not recommend living here. Management and maintenance are very hard to get ahold of and are very slow to repair things, or don't repair them at all. We had them cut open a hole in the ceiling for 3 months because of an upstairs pipe leak. The kitchen was also falling apart and they would not fix that either. Yes it was cheap, but you get cheap service and care also.
DO NOT LIVE HERE! German roach infestation, black mold, mentally unstable roommates! pest control does NOT come at all unless you beg. ive lived here for about a year, and it’s genuinely traumatized me as much as being in the shooting in april. no im not exaggerating. the first week i moved in, i couldnt step foot into the kitchen because the floor was covered in roaches. during the day, HUNDREDS of roach nymphs and adults would be wandering around. i was too scared to even open my door at night. there was already a roommate... read more
Do not live here. My apartment contained black mold, there were constant roaches, the furniture and cabinets were old and about to fall apart. Management is a pain to get a hold of and will delay doing anything as long as they can. It took them over a semester to do anything regarding the mold issue, and the apartment’s air conditioning broke and wasn’t fixed for weeks. On top of all this they try to charge you for whatever reason they can come up with.
Don’t live here. Mold everywhere in the apartments. Leasing office and property management fought to death to not test for mold for a whole semester and dismissed everything. This place is a Petri dish.
Please, unless you have no other choice, do not subject yourself to this place. I don’t know where to begin with whats wrong with it. The depressing interior? The pipe that burst and sprayed everywhere? The endless projects and random maintenance visits they’ll do? The fact that any creep off of Tennessee St could just sit in the center near everyone’s front doors? Or perhaps the fact that they clearly don’t care about any of that. Don’t come here.
