VERY DECEIVING AND RUDE Management changes occur often. Current assistant manager jess is very rude. There is a Lack of communication to residents. The apartments are old and run down. Not like the pictures show at all. you will end up paying any extra 100.00 in fees every month for no reason. Roaches are all over. Cats everywhere. Not at all what I thought. You barely see negative reviews because they call tenants and try to persuade them to take them down.
Oaks of Westchase Is Our New Home! My husband and I relocated from North Carolina to Houston. From the beginning, Leslie helped us throughly via phone which made the process of moving so much more efficient. She was very patient and understanding no matter how many times we called the office. Although we faced a small hiccup moving day, Maggie (a.k.a Maggie the Magnificent) was truly the best!
