My neighbors are loud and abusive. The trash over flows with trash and furniture fom people moving out. Maintenance is none existent. None of my requests have been addressed since I moved in. I think I have electrical issues. My wifi doesnt work and I cant get support to come out to assist.

Pésimos departamentos, siempre hay goteras, moho, son viejos mal el mantenimiento nunca atienden “ No renten Aquí”

I lived there for 8 years. The last year & a half was hell. I couldn't wait to move. maintainece would come fix something. days later, it's broke again. you tell them something is wrong. they come look & say it's fine. AC units are old. electric bill was always high. always a water issue. I stayed by the pool. it was always flooded. the new management company sucks. the last 2 years I was there my rent increased over $150 each year. & tried to justify it by saying some tenants went up more. don't move here.
Worst apartments 😬😡 water coming from the floor they haven’t fixed yet!! It’s sad how they threat there residents we pay are rent I’m not here living for free.. 🙄
Do not move here!!!!! I have lived in this complex over 4 years however the last year has been the worst headache ever! The office staff is very rude and could care less about any concerns, just pay your rent on time and all of well. Adam, the office manager does seem genuinely concerned but that concern can only go so far when issues continue to happen. Patty likes to hang up on people when the things get to real. If you’re looking for a place where maintenance requests get ignored, there’s constant water shut offs, the grass is full of dog poop, a “gated” property with no working code box, property cameras that don’t work, a fitness center that you can’t access due to vandalism, apartment break-ins, car theft, and disrespectful management, then “Welcome Home”
