Verified Renter It feels like family here at Alister. We have a beautiful neighborhood community, kids playing at the pool and backyard. Charels and Al (the maintenance team) are the sweetest and quell all my worries. We feel valued and have the most gorgeous view of the sunset. Would live here forever!

Verified Renter Nice location, friendly staff, with some outdated amenities but manageable. A but noisy at times due to proximity to shopping center and busy road.

Verified Renter Community location is great. Nearby schools have good ratings. Bus stop is very close (just few minutes of walk). It has trader's joe, Starbucks, pizza shop,etc.
