Verified Renter Lovely community which is calm and good nrighbors. Accessiilty is good as there are nearby bus stops. Few stores located at walkable distance is also a good thing!

Verified Renter Hi, Community is good . Maintenance are done well. If unreserved parking availability is more of will be better . Swimming pool is large for the kids to spend time in summer .
Verified Renter Overall very responsive management, good location, but there are a few things that could be better. Need a privacy curtain for the shower in the restroom at the pool. Trash dumpster capacity need to be expanded, when full, trash are left outside which create smell and bugs. Despite pest control, there are still roaches present.
Verified Renter The location is quiet and nice, even when it's right by the road. The apartments are spacious. The staff is great and professional. I just wish that leashing and picking after pets are more enforced. Some owners don't care and just let their dogs do their business anywhere and leave it there for other owners and residents to almost step on.

Verified Renter The community management is good. The location is awesome! You have Trader Joe's, pizzas, restaurants, Starbucks,etc very close by. Schools are good.
Verified Renter We appreciate the welcome and all the assistance we got from Cindy - leasing office. She does her work wholeheartedly. From right when we walked in her office until we were done with the application process she was with us through the process.
Verified Renter The only problem is that some residents lack a sense of obligation to keep the gym clean, dispose of trash properly, and ensure guests park in the designated visitor spots.
Verified Renter I love it... everything is perfect here, when I applied Cindy was very kind to me, she always has a smile and helps everyone, the facilities are very clean, the gym is complete, this is a place with a lot of nature, my children and I are very happy.
Verified Renter Apartment is conveniently located which is accessible to bus stops , shops ,schools and metro.It will be better if parking is allocated in front of each blocks. There are mouse issues in the apartment with gives trouble.This is another concern that had to be changed .Swimming pool is large enough for kids and adults to enjoy summer.
