Very responsive property management and decent living neighborhood.
Love the location, the unit, don't have multiple issues, good maintenance, wonderful property management. Had mice in the beginning until i found their entrance and haven't had a rodent issues over 5 1/2 years... never seen myself in one spot for so long and don't plan on leaving... just wish I could get the unit next to me along with one under me and knock out the walls 🤣🤣 honestly I have no issues I love william c Smith properties making this my third location
