We've lived here for a year, but cant wait to get out!! They love to charge people in any way they can, dont keep up with there end of a lease but of u do something they threaten to evict u. Nothing but lazy females in the office!!

The associate in the office was lazy when it came to showing an apartment. We went to look at one they had listed, she didn’t talk about the amenities or anything. Didn’t show us the gym, park, pool, nothing. Straight to the apartment, didn’t talk about it or try to sell it to us either. Just straight lazy and was rushing the entire time. As soon as we were done looking at it, she locked the door, said “Y’all have a nice day” and walked off. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere, we sure did!
I love this place ..with new management Julia your awesome, Kelly your awesome and Maintenance your awesome. Keep up the great work !!
I love it here, now that it is under new ownership and management, the office staff is friendly and prompt at making sure everything is taken care of in a timely manner, maintenance is quick at getting repair requests taken care of as well. It is a very quiet community and do recommended it!
Parkview Apartments is a great complex I love it here along with my mom I like to thank the maintenance workers who work hard making sure everything is in good shape and the manager who is the main person who is better such as the new fitness room I love it I'm gaining my strength back all thanks to the manager " Julia" and her team come check it out
