stop changing hands. give people the apartment they put their deposit down for. Don't force disabled into upstairs unit. Do proper and correct billing. have dependable maintenance for emergency maintenance issues. stop turning the water off. do something about noise complaints and windshields getting cracked by flying golf balls
Constantly changing ownership. They take forever if they ever fix things needing fixing. Constant plumbing problems. Accounting & administration fees are ridiculous.

Poor service to residents. I’ve been without AC for days!! The management was extremely rude when I had concerns of my AC and told me that a 10 degree difference in the summer time is normal. (Basically if I set my AC to 75 to expect 85 in the summer) absolutely ridiculous. I just want to come home and be comfortable. The previous company that owned the apartments were awesome and the management was great. This new company is a different story.
past management were trash they act nice but they are devil's in disguise they take your deposit money and give u what they feel like to give back without no explanation of your charges summary maintenance come try to fix things and dnt getthe job done your packages got delivery at the office you dont get it they can't tell u were your stuff disappeared to I dnt recommend parkview to no one I dnt trust no new management they all are the same
RecommendedKelly was very helpful with my apartment, the move-in was quick, no issues. The apartment it self is very clean and in good working order. Beside some sticky door handles and a bulb burnt out in the closet, haha! The complex seems well taken care of and new management is starting transfer over. I will keep posted on my 9 month lease.
I love our apartment! The office ladies are very nice and always helpful. Maintenance is quick to respond if we have something that needs fixing. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who's looking
