They absolutely deserve more than a 5 stars review. We were amazed with their support, transparency and passion to what they are doing. Antonio and Steve and the rest of their small team made everything so smooth for us. 2 minutes of chat built the trust I needed. We travelled all the way from Burlington to buy a coffee machine and it’s all worth it! We’ll be back many times for other stuff for sure 🤞

Bought a Gaggia Velasca machine last year from them. Love it. Went in for a service issue today & Antonio resolved things in a matter of minutes. He even helped me with our family’s old Alessi Cafeteria. Again, in minutes. It’s obvious that Antonio likes good coffee machines. There is no substitute for 40 years experience. This is the place to go.
Great service
I bought a La Pavoni here two years ago and came back for some services. Tony was super helpful and knowledgeable. Both times he provided friendly guidance and today also showed me how to keep the machine in its best. I would definitely recommend everyone to visit this store when you have any coffee machine or kitchenware needs!
