Fast shipping and great service. Bought a La Pavoni Europiccola in November of 2025 from here. Came in no time and the price was very reasonable. The machine sprung a leak - likely due to residual water in the machine during shipping that sprung a leak due to the cold. I walked in with my broken machine which I bought years ago someplace else hoping it would be repaired. The owner took the time to clean it and figure out what was wrong with it even though he didn’t repair this type of coffee machine. He spent nearly 30 minutes trying to fix it. Did not charge me anything for his generous time. When I buy a new coffee machine it will definitely be from him. Top service!
What a hidden Gem! We purchased our 1st La Pavoni Bottecelli café ☕️ machine. Unbelievable experience!! Highly recommend if you are looking for the ultimate espresso experience. Outstanding Service and Expertise! I recently brought in my old 220v La Pavoni Professional espresso machine with a broken heating element (European model running on a power transformer). Tony was incredibly helpful in diagnosing the issue, and we decided to convert the machine to 110v so it could run directly without the transformer. Tony did an amazing job with the conversion.
