I had one of the best customer service experiences with Tony from Northwest Kitchenware. I made the purchase on line and so I was kind of expecting the 'modern' customer service experience. Nope! Not at all. It was actually REAL customer service. Tony went above and beyond what was called for. If you are looking for incredible knowledge of classic coffee machines look no further. Tony and his wife were Beyond helpful in helping us by our first La Pavion espresso lever machine. We even got a class before purchasing our machine, which we truly appreciated. We are currently experiment with different techniques and methods that work for us. Fast shipping and great service. Bought a La Pavoni Europiccola in November of 2025 from here. Came in no time and the price was very reasonable. The machine sprung a leak - likely due to residual water in the machine during shipping that sprung a leak due to the cold. I walked in with my broken machine which I bought years ago someplace else hoping it would be repaired. The owner took the time to clean it and figure out what was wrong with it even though he didn’t repair this type of coffee machine. He spent nearly 30 minutes trying to fix it. Did not charge me anything for his generous time. When I buy a new coffee machine it will definitely be from him. Top service!
What a hidden Gem! We purchased our 1st La Pavoni Bottecelli café ☕️ machine. Unbelievable experience!! Highly recommend if you are looking for the ultimate espresso experience. Explained in great detail every aspect of machine. Uncrated, set it up and tested in front of us. Truky the only place you need to shop for your next café!
