Lived here for more than 7 years And have appreciated every minute. The staff is outstanding, responsive and friendly, the building is lovely, security is excellent and the location is ideal -- working distance to everything I need and very close to public transportation, including direct access to the airport just two short blocks away. Great place to call home! This is a delayed review that I should have written months ago. I moved in the North End (Aperture Unit) in late 2017, and moved out March 2020. I was beyond thrilled to call this place home during that time. The location, amenities, friendliness of staff, cleanliness of the inside and outside of the building was top notch. Living my best life We have been at Park Lafayette for 4 months and absolutely love our new home. The management and staff is great. Victoria has helped us and our puppy feel right at home!
Love this place. I couldn’t be happier at The North End. I love the facilities and really love the area. I also want to give a shout out to Alex in the leasing office. His customer service throughout my entire process of choosing an apartment to moving in has been nothing short of fantastic. I could not recommend The North End enough.
Great Place - Mandel Properties Always Are - But with a caveat... I've lived in a number of Mandel Properties so far, and I can tell you that every management team I've worked with is great. The maintenance staff doesn't get enough credit - they're great (make friends with them - they have a tough job!) I lived for years in a unit facing North in the Aperture. The unit was great, amenities were outstanding (until Covid reduced them a bit), parking and being able to walk to the store through the basement - all amazing. The el... read more
Progress not Perfection! In the last 10 years my husband and I have lived in 5 different apartments. He also works for a development company that owns apartments and he does landscaping. We can tell when things dont seem right, and we can tell when people are trying. We have lived here for 4 years now. There have definitely been some trying times for the complex, but we understand that happens anywhere to anyone. Our home away from home..?? We lived at Park Lafayette for five and half years and by far my most favorite place to have lived in. The services are great, the people extremely personable and attentive and what a cool neighborhood. The Location is Everything. From great coffee places to Whole Foods, to many yoga and Pilates studios to fun restaurants all around, to a hospital for emergencies ... it just is the best place..The view from our 16th floor lake facing apartment is something I will always miss.
