DO NOT LIVE HERE This has been the worst living experience I have ever experienced anywhere. I'm just in total disbelief. I live in the Aperture apartments and for the past year I have been here it's been nothing but problems and the way they seem to handle it is just ridiculous. My key fob, not just for the doors but for the garage to park, randomly will just shut off out of no where. DO NOT LIVE HERE We have lived at Park Lafayette for about six months, and while there are some positives, our overall experience has been extremely disappointing due to management and process issues. The Pros: The view is amazing. The location is convenient and central to everything we need. Fellow tenants and staff are friendly and welcoming. Nasty pool amenities The grills by the pool are so gross. They are filthy. One of the 2 doesn’t even work at all. There’s no running water in sink. There’s garbage by the pool area Sunday morning from the entire weekend.

Has gone downhill We moved in in 2020 and it was great. In the last couple years it went downhill quickly. Living through the renovation was a nightmare. The concierge is often not present for package pickup. Maintenance requests went unanswered for weeks and management were apathetic to complaints/concerns. If you’re looking for luxury living on the east side, look elsewhere.
Overpriced, Not Enough Parking and Poor Billing System Be prepared to park blocks away from your apartment. They tow tenants more often than any building I have stayed at. After being told parking in a handicap spot with a full lot temporarily would be no problem by the staff, I got towed instantly. Also constantly get reminders to pay on the first, only for them to complete billing a day or two later... so if you actually pay on the first and don't check again expect a late fee.
Very responsive management From the time I moved here for work, during the two years I stayed and even through the process of leaving, I found the management very proactive, responsive and flexible. Location was terrific and close to many attractions. I found the area very walkable and seldom used my car. I got used to the street noise after a few months but thats what I signed up for by living on the first floor with my own entrance right on the street. Dog Friendly! I moved into Park Lafayette because I adopted a dog and was not allowed to have dogs at my other place which is a few blocks away. It’s been great and extremely dog friendly. Apartments are concrete so you can’t even tell this building has other dogs in it by how quite things are. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for an upscale, dog-friendly, modern apartment.
