Soon To Be A Park Lafayette Resident! I’m not a resident yet but soon to be. I just signed a lease a few weeks ago for an apartment on the 17th floor. Upon touring the property my experience was welcoming. Great Place. My husband and I moved here from Indianapolis and wanted something homey yet modern and in the city. We explored many properties and landed on Park Lafayette. So far so amazing. We love it here.
Just Moved In! I recently moved into these apartments three months ago. I moved into the North Tower and my experience has been incredible since day one. The Property Manager seems to be extremely dedicated on ensuring the happiness of the residents here. The concierge service is great and delivers my Amazon packages straight to my door. I’ve met maintenance and although haven’t had to ask them for anything yet, I’ve interacted with a few of them and they seem great as well. So happy with my move!

Terrible Move Out Experience I am extremely frustrated with my experience of moving out of the North End. My husband and I lived there for 3 years and took excellent care of the apartment. We cleaned thoroughly after we moved out and we were charged nearly $800 for cleaning and damages. I would not recommend living here based on my experience with moving out. This is quite disappointing as we did have a good experience during the 3 years we lived there but the damage fees for moving out negate any good experience we had.
7+ Year Resident. Great experience We moved to Milwaukee in 2014, not knowing anything about the city. We had 5 priorities for a place to live: Pet friendly; a view of the lake; covered parking; hardwood floors; and a quality neighborhood. We came to The city for two days and looked everywhere to familiarize ourselves. After looking at another Mandel property, the manager told us point blank “Just go to Park Lafayette Towers. Ripped off Referal Bonus & Waiting a month for maintenance requests Website showed $500 for referall bonus which I only got $250 of it even after showing them. I also have 3 maintenance requests put in from things breaking. I haven't had a working garbage disposal/sink in almost a month now! Everything else is fine.
Great place to live! The staff here is very responsive and listens to concerns. Everyone is very friendly and the apartments are also nice. In a great location too -- highly recommend!
Do you want to live in a construction zone? Because if you do, look no further! Here at the Lodge of Overland Park you can look forward to the sounds of concrete removal, reversing cherry pickers, dump trucks, you name it! I too enjoy surprise comstruction. It is my favourite passtime. Management has responded to the needs of its residents during Covid by closing their sauna, weight/yoga room, main pool, billiards table, and clubhouse!
