RecommendedI first went to the Family Doctor in 1986 when I needed a physical for a job teaching dance with Wake County Schools. I found doctor’s Glen Withrow and his brother two of the most caring doctors I’d ever met. And the staff was so professional, caring, friendly and helpful. I have been a patient ever since, and I still believe the Family Doctor’s staff to be the best in the Triangle!

RecommendedThe wait time was short, and Appreciated the fact that I was seen fairly quickly by my provider. But the office was still short staffed, which has caused problems in the past. Why not hire enough people to handle the workload?
RecommendedI have suffered from extreme Dr. anxiety. Betty Haswell, PA-C helped that. she is very easy to talk to. I wasn't uncomfortable at all. I highly recommend her to anyone who has become afraid to see the Dr. . Please don't neglect your health. See her! You will be glad you did. I am. it's like a huge weight off my chest. 🙂
I went for an appointment on Saturday at 940am and didn’t get seen on till after 11am. Customer service at the front was great, now I have been going to the “the family doctor “ for years as my primary care provider and I have seen 4 different physician my main doctor went out for 2year and never came back .......... I think its time for me to find a new doctor. THE FAMILY DOCTOR is good for an urgent care and that’s it... because at least you know you are going to sit for a while.
